  2. I’m going to start on Monday Calories at 750 Carbs at 10 grams Fat 36 grams Protein 80 grams H2O 80-100 oz Steps up to 4000. I know it not much but it’s a lots of steps for me and I’m going to do IF 16:8

  6. You can also make you own sugar free jello. After they have child use a blender and add sugar free cool whip and sugar free jam with a 1/4 cup non fat plain Greek yogurt. Ups the protein in a big way. If you live chocolates Hershey dark unsweetened cocoa powder to you Greek yogurt with a little stevia and PBFIT. Yummy too
  7. I know that some side effect of eating a little over what we should causes runny nose sneezing hiccups and headache. Too much over create sweating and increase of temperature too. Are you logging in and see if you find a pattern at that same week interval when it comes on. Hope you get a hold on It. Is it your monthly visitor at that same time too?

  11. My face especially and my hair isn’t shedding very much at 2 1/2 months post op. Nails strong again as well. I’m doing intermittent fast 14 -10 which also is suppose improve the saggy skin.
  12. I’ve been using collagen peptides for 6 month add it to my coffee every am it’s has helped me a lot I use all grass fed and kosher product from the Thrive market. Paleo approved
  13. I had horrible pain at 1 month out with a very soft boiled potato. I chewed well and had pain like a heart attack for 24 hours. 2 weeks later I added some milk to it and made it super runny and have been ok since

  19. You can do this you are a fighter try all temps of water to see what sits the best in your pouch. Have you tried mixing your own powder protein. It taste better than the premise ones. Just a thought and try fat free sugar free almond milk. It makes the shakes creamy. I used the Quest protein powder. There banana cream is great and you can actually bake with it later on too. Feel better!!You can do this

  22. I’m now beginning 8 weeks post op after reading everyone’s ideas I thought I’d be happy to share my stats. HW 257 SW 236 CW 209 surgery was 8/28/19 today is 10/26/18. Just saw the doctor on Friday I was so bummed out cause I thought I had only lost 5 pound this last month. She let me know that since September I had lost more than 20 pounds. So last night I felt ok about my journey and this morning weighed in and lost another pound. Hope that gives you some peace the journey is up and down and the scale Doesn’t give us the whole picture of how we’re doing don’t forget to tape to use your tape measure and get you know at least once a week I’ve lost over 54 inches since February
  23. Also check what they recommend as a serving size. Mannitol is a sugar substitute also use for its laxative properties. Which I know first hand.
