Focus on your goals! I had minimal pain, they handled it so well with meds. I took a relaxing week off from work and enjoyed being lazy and taking care of myself. I know I will succeed and you will too!!! -

I gained 10 pounds from surgery and lost within days. And now another 7 pounds. I’m 6 days post op. -
Hello! I was sleeved 1/22. Feeling really good! I’m getting 2 shakes down a day and drinking soup. Sugar free popsicles are delicious too. Not getting a ton of water down but the shakes and popsicles count too. I have a little pain when I drink but it’s getting better everyday. I’m drinking smooth move tea as I was constipated today and that was horrible. Looking forward to purée next week!

I have mostly a desk job. I’ll be going back 7 days post op. Today I am 4 days post op and feel great!
