I didn’t know it would be so hard to do this diet. I also didn’t know I was this addicted to food. I started a small diet before this but I was still able to eat food. I glad that there are groups like this and group meeting that are there to help. And the fact that I do have a good support system at home

Mine is going well. Got all my education I need for what to expect come to surgery date on February 6th. Also starting my liquid diet tomorrow [emoji30] lol. But this is happening -
