Had sleeve a week go..tomorrow. I put of watered down Decaf dried coffee in chocolate or vanilla Protein Shake.

It makes one since sleeve done. I AM THE SAME WEIGHT I WAS SINCE SURGERY DATE. the pre op diet had me lose 13 pounds,and now zero.Why? I know I haven't used the restroom and took stool softners as well as laxatives...but the amt of food eaten on this post diet( two Protein shakes...broth..sugar free pops) had me lose before. Getting disappointed. -

Hi.. I am havingg surgery this Jan 23rd....excited and a bit anxious...anyone having it around same time or in S FL? Also I am a pedestrian..no meat...
