Was 210 before surgery... diet before and after...many stalls since two mos....been four and half mos...only went to 169 -keeping with plan....weight loss slow. Went from size 20 to 16'''almost 14 pants....tight. Frustrated about lack of lbs....Also I dont eat meat....fish and seafood...a few whole grain crackers...sweet potato occasionally.... Stopped needing insulin...etc. Happy but afraid I won't lose forty more.....

It has been three weeks coming this Tues.I lost about twenty two post op.been no weight loss r this entire week of pureed phase but half a lb. I don't eat meat...I eat beans..egg...tried to salmon and tuna..three tbsp so eating cottage...ricotta. why am I not losing.?

I SEE MANY POST BARIATRIC PATIENTS IN THE DETOX UNIT OVER THE YEARS....ADDICTION MINUS ONE TYPE CAN BE REPLACED.

It makes one since sleeve done. I AM THE SAME WEIGHT I WAS SINCE SURGERY DATE. the pre op diet had me lose 13 pounds,and now zero.Why? I know I haven't used the restroom and took stool softners as well as laxatives...but the amt of food eaten on this post diet( two protein shakes...broth..sugar free pops) had me lose before. Getting disappointed.

Had sleeve a week go..tomorrow. I put of watered down decaf dried coffee in chocolate or vanilla protein shake.

I am few days after sleeve surgery...am Italian and see little taste difference to usual pension.haven't this and will have wait for a few mos to try a s mall amt free I check a nut advice..now on first surgery liquids...

I had gastric sleeve on Jan 23'Dr said repaired hiatal hernia.my left shoulder is killing me..this hurts more than occasional cough does.it is in middle of night I massage..not helping

Just came home from sleeve surgery but face hot.

Will have surgery on January 23 -I eat fish a few times a mos. What about beyond meat burgers? Was told to bring my own veggie broth to hosp. What did u eat weeks two three after surgery?
