  1. Sorry your feeling down, I think its normal to want things now. But just know slow and steady wins the race. You didnt gain all the weight over night, you wont lose it over night. Have a great day

  3. I am 7 months out, and still cant eat chicken. Any chicken, cooked anyway. No go. But turkey, pork is ok. So my nutritionist told me to wait a couple months and try again. Its just my stomach doesnt like chicken now. That and bread of any kind. No go.

  5. Hi Carly, I went thru my process at Baileys in Owasso also. Welcome. I am 7 months post op and I have lost 139 pounds. Im soooo glad I did it. Let me know how things are going. Are u from Owasso?
  6. Yes, now my bat wings are definitely a pain in the neck. Im ready for surgery on them.
  7. About 130 pounds lost. I am surprised at how much my neck isnt drooping. And I am almost 51 years old. I was expecting alot of sagging skin. But didnt happen

  12. I am almost 7 months post op and I still cannot eat any type of bread, roll, bun, tortilla, nonecat all it makes me sick even just a bite. Bread and chicken are my no go's....its ok cause i was never a big bread eater anyway, but goodness I loved chicken [emoji35][emoji35][emoji35]
  13. I dont have any issues with plain water at all. I dont like the little packets to add flavor. So just plain for me works. Just little sips all day long.

Talk to your nutritionalist and show them your eating chart or however you're tracking what you're eating they will be able to tell you if it's enough I am a little over 6 months out and I still feel like I'm not eating or getting enough calories I know I'm getting plenty of water but when it comes to eating I'm still about three or four bites in and then I'm done so I'm still staying around the 500 calorie a day range so don't stress over it just talked to your dietitian
  15. Not sure if I posted these these on Sunday. Pork chop, asparagus and mp w/gravy. Couldn't eat alot, but sooo good.
  16. 6 months post op, still only able to get about 4 bites in. So heres my plate before, and after. Pork chops, mp with gravy, and asparagus. Full and very yummy
  17. Same, im 6 months out and have to remind myself to eat. Im traveling this week for work, and last night in the motel while talking to my husband on the phone he asked what I ate and I hadnt eaten since my breakfast at 8 am...lol so I understand completely
  18. I thankfully didnt have any sutures, just skin glue. It eventually rubbed off no bothers. Glad yours are gone.
  19. 1st pic (I am in the white shirt re op) 2nd pic was taken abour 2 months post op. I am 6 months post op now and lost 123 pounds and down in jean sizes from a 28 to an 18. Super excited.
