New to group I am working towards revision I havea lap and placed back in 2010 lost about 90lbs gained a lot of it back 2 pregnancies! I have type 2 diabetes and tried of taking insulin and pills! I have 3 beautiful children and husband that need me to be healthy! I plan on doing the gastric bypass! Which should help with the diabetes! I have starting the my journey with a consultation, now started a 4 week life styles class will then do a 4 week getting to know your bypass surgery pre/post op class! Then an appointment to schedule my surgery date! I would like to know what kind of protein meal replacements you all recommend? Or any suggestions you may have !
