Hi everyone! This is my first post so if you respond I really appreciate it! Okay, so for the past two months I have been thinking about joining the gym. Whats is stopping me? 1. I dorm in my university and they do have a gym however, it is overly crowded and they have only a couple of machines. I feel uncomfortable being there. 2. Motivation 3. The cost Okay so I have been looking at a couple of gyms in my current county which is is Mercer County and I have thought about joining Planet Fitness. Only because it seems like it is a cheap alternative and it would be easy to get there. However, I was wondering if Planet Fitness has trainers? If so, how much do you pay for a trainer? As you know I am on a college budget but I really want to lose more weight because I have been stalling for a really long time. For a couple of months actually. Let me know what you guys think! I am open to other alternatives and advice! Take care!
