Relax, go to sleep peacefully with your anesthesia, when you wake up you'll probably be a little tender, have a little bit of pain but it will be the start of a brand new healthier and fitter life. And pretty soon you'll be bragging to all the newbies and pre surg candidates

But they may be having non scale victories, losing inches & exchanging fat for muscle, everybody has stalls and then start losing again without diet changes. It will all even out eventually.

Thank you for this, sweet Lord. I was afraid my biscuit(as they call it on Honey Boo Boo) was going to become 2 tired pieces of liver. Of course with my panni drooping I wouldn't get much business anyway. [emoji307] all of you my sisters. Please keep me laughing.

Rough to do when you have a sore tum-tum. Use pillows and position yourself the best you can. And say Every Day Every Way I'm getting Better and Better. And you will, you've been through a lot with surgery, makes a dent in your physical and emotional strength but you will make it through to the other side.

Right now I'm in limbo, hoping a different program will accept me after my last week disappointment. I'm trying not to back-slide back into poor diet choices. Do not want to regain those pesky pounds I've lost. I figure anyone can commit to 7 days at a time.
