Rah rah ain't she great? Its our Kimbers#18. A big cheer as she embarks on her journey to surgery land where her surgeon the Wizard of Weigh Loss will perform magic with his hands. Wiggly sqiggly bippity bo, a hour and a half or so and she is through. Taking a nap but she soon will rise, open up her eyes and exercise. Walk walk sip sip that is our song Walking around the unit all day long. Gaining strength, to home she'll return Getting her rest so she won't crash and burn. Laurileet -'and tell each and every one of them how much you loved them . I know she was probably before your time, but have you heard of Erma Bombeck? I remember her cause lets face it, I'm old as dirt! At any rate she tells the story of a youngish mother who died. She left each of of her sons a note. telling each how much she loved them and how he was her favorite. Very touching, I of course cried. At the end of the story 2 ladies are talking At the funeral. One turns to the other and remarks" it's a shame about JoAnn, she didn't leave those boys anything" Makes you think, then hold everyone you [emoji180] a little tighter. At the end, love is all we have.

Walking the Walk in this confusing world. Fluffy has some good ideas, she usually does. We can use our strengths my brother, that ability to center in and surmount. God Bless the microwave, it's so good one of us probably invented it.

Keep Lady Dragon around, she might not have agreed to surgery at the start but to agree to read Dr W and give you a review. That is support and I like her very much for it. Incindently I plan to use a lot of his ideas myself.

Mine was equally a duh. Had started in August 2015, job terminated in January 2016, lost my insurance, to have COBRA'd over would have taken 7/8th of my Social Security monthly pension. So I didn't persue it any further. I was recently informed when I changed insurances the new one had fewer requirements, they had already approved me and were only waiting for me to supply the new numbers and a surgery date could be assigned. I surely would have gone forward had they called in 2016. I started over again last fall, as my previous certifications were all 1.5 to 2 years old, I had to do a fresh set, did it all, now they have refused to go forward, all their idea not mine. Now I will enroll in another bariatric plan, all my paperwork and charts will transfer but if plan #2 has further requirements then I'll have more to do. Nobody better say I'm uncommitted or non compliant. I feel like I've done everything short of crawling across broken glass to achieve this goal. I'm old, tired and fat, the fat part at least I can change.I can't be someone else but I can be the best ME possible. And that better be enough for everybody. Amen.

Dragon64 that works out to 12 lbs every month or 3lbs consistently each and every week. You do not have the metabolism of a Roman Gladiator, adorable dude that you may be. If you did, maybe, but you're Fluffy like me. Fluffy rams and fluffy ewes don't lose like that even if they shave their wool down to the skin. We need surgery, that is the tool to help us. I am doubtful anything short of that will have a lasting effect.

Relax, go to sleep peacefully with your anesthesia, when you wake up you'll probably be a little tender, have a little bit of pain but it will be the start of a brand new healthier and fitter life. And pretty soon you'll be bragging to all the newbies and pre surg candidates
