It’s 24 hours post op from surgery yesterday, Wednesday Aug 22. Spirits good but pain is tough. Not much sleep last night. Hope to maybe go home today- see what Dr has to this this AM. Starting a new Chapter.

Heading to the losers bench tomorrow morning! Excited and nervous! Its been a long 6 months prepping for this day! Lost 21 lbs soo far. SW 272 lbs Current 251 lbs ANyone else August 22nd??

August 6 for me too. Just finished 7 days of liquid pre op diet.. struggled through the temptations of food calling out my name, but did well and now in the perfect “mindset”...
