I just had my sleeve done 10/2 I’m only a couple days out but I wanna talk to some people and know how there’s went and why types of shakes y’all are making!! Any help would be great!!! Thanks guys

oh wow i love that weight chart thats amazing... how or where did you get that.. is anyone having a problem the first day or so getting there whole 8 oz of protein shake in?? even semi solids I'm feeling to sick and I'm waiting long time in-between bites and also no water 30 prior and 30 post eating.. any advice would be amazing.. maybe I'm doing something wrong and i don't know... help!!!!! #thismommagotgoals!!! -

Ahhhh I wish I was as lucky as you!!!!!!! I had horrible horrible pain... but they said 96% was due to the hiatal hernia they had to repair! Mine was done on 10/2 I’m feeling great now! Been home and starting next stage of my post-op diet...
