I have a fit bit flex I love it

Got my zelancio vegetable spiralizer I made zuchini noodles and added them to spaghetti sauce it was amazing and best of all healthy and not all the carbs

This is the first time is 8 years or so I've had spaghetti

It's a great $20 investment I am looking forward to trying it with cucumbers

I am doing great lost 10 lbs it's so weird compared to the band I am never hungry and no pain when swallowing

I am 9 days out and have to do liquids for 4 weeks. The nurse told me only 4 oz max

I am down 10 lbs and weird thing is I am never hungry I love it

I had surgery june 12 doing great not much gas getting in fluids just have to remember to sip not gulp lol
