Celery and Peanut Butter
String cheese
Turkey Pepperoni (If you put it in the oven for a few minutes it crisps up like a chip)
Parmesan Whisps
Greek Yougurt

eggs are the only food my sleeve does not tolerate..

Yep I use compression tank tops! Walmart actually carries my favorite ones.

Yay! First couple of weeks can be a struggle but it gets easier.

This was tonight’s dinner. They are bacon wrapped chicken breasts stuffed with veggies and cheese. I started with half of one and of course couldn’t finish. It was so good though.

I still drink 1 Protein Drink everyday! Without it I don't think I could get all my Protein in. I had surgery 02/09/18. I drink roughly 64-80 ozs of Fluid a day. It is equally split between Powerade zero and Water. The more water I drink it seems the better I feel and the more weight I lose..
