Losing/finding motivation
I need to focus more on exercise. Excessive heat has zapped me. So my weight loss has been slightly disappointing. Re your vitamins etc, you can use this app to set reminders. I also recommend have your daily pills etc on a counter as a visual reminder. Important to stay consistent. Best of luck.

Summer 2018 Surgery Buddies: POST-OP Discussion

June Sleevers Lets Get Excited!!!
3 weeks post my late June surgery and have been disappointed by weight loss. But doctor assured me I was doing fine. But I need to step up the exercise. The most successful patients are the most active. I know I need to push through the fatigue, the acid reflux, etc and head to the gym Discipline, consistency. Sometimes dull, but given everything we have gone through, worth it.
