  1. That’s tremendous. Keep up the good work. I am only one month post op so hope in a few weeks I will score some NSVs as well
  2. Good luck. Agree w those who caution on stomach acid which can greatly increase w spicy foods. I am almost one month post op and have to do without spice. Hoping for a better future
  3. Congratulations. You are an incredible inspiration. So excited for you
  4. These are excellent tips. I have been struggling post op w GERD/heartburn. One of my antidotes is to stick to two ounce portions of soft solid foods.
  5. Congratulations. This is such an uplifting post. Keep up your great work. And enjoy the shopping too!
  6. Krista. You look awesome. Inspiring
  7. I need to focus more on exercise. Excessive heat has zapped me. So my weight loss has been slightly disappointing. Re your vitamins etc, you can use this app to set reminders. I also recommend have your daily pills etc on a counter as a visual reminder. Important to stay consistent. Best of luck.
  8. Excited for everyone’s weight loss. Getting in enough protein and liquids really helps. And exercise. I have lost about 13 pounds since June 29; disappointing to me. But I also had to deal w GERD w really set me back. Better now. And more determined
  9. 3 weeks post my late June surgery and have been disappointed by weight loss. But doctor assured me I was doing fine. But I need to step up the exercise. The most successful patients are the most active. I know I need to push through the fatigue, the acid reflux, etc and head to the gym Discipline, consistency. Sometimes dull, but given everything we have gone through, worth it.
  10. Three weeks post op. Weight loss more steady than dramatic. Now is the time to push through and increase exercise activity
