Hi my sleeve family. UAM only three months out and I am able to eat a whole sandwich Veggies and some. What is going on I do not feel much restriction at all why I am able to eat all this and I have lost only like 26lbs. Help!!!!!!!

Feeling like no restriction I really did not feel mine until like the four weeks outs. The hunger is what some of us call head hunger just wanting to eat because that what we are were use to doing just eating all the time. I mean that's what I go through a lot of time and I am almost 8 weeks out. Hope it better for you guys. I do try to take in more water it help some times but head hunger win sometimes

Hi Karen, Carolyn, I do hope to get positive feedback but not sure before I left I sort made jokes about it to see what would be said and like 90 percent of people was total against ire even my husband. I did have the sleeve on 9-19-17 went back into hospital one week later for an another procedure still trying to get over that. I have only lost 8 pounds. I guess I have somewhat of an excuse. No time for getting out to walk yet but maybe next week me and Mygirl ( sleeve ) will rage over the road gym or whatever it take to shed some real pounds. Keep in touch I would like to see both of you ladies outcome. See you around.

I am not filling fill even after 4oz of food. Is that normal or is it's something to worry about. When will the poop come 7 days now.

Any nurses on this gastric sleeve journey. How are things going ? How your coworkers acting since your new you appearance negative or positive

When can I have a protein bar?

What will really help loose skin any known results and how long have to wear to see results. Just asking any other true facts that will firm up skin without surgery.

6 days out when can I chew gum

Dr Fuller told me to start mine the day after I got discharged which was on 9-21-17 so I started mine on 9-22

You can message as much as you want to. I am 3days out. Have no clue if I am doing things right. Trying to follow the nutrition book also my discharge papers are a little different.

Well you are on the ball field we are this crap is getting old and I don't get full off it. I am past the two tablespoons of oatmeal I cal eat like 4 tablespoon and still not really full maybe I am not realizing I am full.

Head hungry or head crazy. Sound like you are has a lot going on. Maybe focus on one thing at a time will give you some relief.

I am on day 2 post-op, no real problem. I am just thankful to GOD I had no complications. [emoji1487]

Mine is tomorrow. First of I pray I go through the surgery with no complications. Then I will focus on losing the pounds. Yes you look awesome
