I'm 4 months and 4 days post op. I've lost 86 lbs. I can hardly eat. I literally take two or three bites, chew very well but still have a little discomfort when the food goes down. I also feel full when i take my vitamins.
I can eat a small garden salad with a few pieces of chicken breast small cubes. I can't do dairy any more. I'm usually not hungry unless I'm emotional but then i just clean something because eating isn't an option for me anymore. I eat a little less than a half sandwich and half of a street taco. Please tell me how much u eat.
