It's 24 hours before my surgery

Hello beautiful people I officially have 24 hours until my surgery and I think I'm ready- I'm kinda of in a very quiet space (I guess that's normal) I'm one that's normally very connected to what or how I'm feeling and this morning I just kinda feel blank please keep me lifted in [emoji1431] thanks so much

Quiet meditation is a good state of mind right now. Maybe after church, take a walk with something playing on your phone or get a pedicure or a massage, if you can.

May God bless you and your surgical team.
