Hello my surgery was 25th I came home with drains which was kinda rough for me drains came out last week so I'm feeling much better- 2 week post op was Monday of this week and it went good incisions are still a little sore- finally about to walk straight up no difficulty eating or drink no vomiting or nauseous feeling I'm 26 pounds down was 27 I gained a pound? This week is week 3 seems like a stall but I'm excited to be on this journey. I'm on to the mussy stage and don't know what yo try- I found myself a little afraid to incorporate food of any kind (whew) thanks for listening congratulations to all!!!!!

Hello beautiful people I officially have 24 hours until my surgery and I think I'm ready- I'm kinda of in a very quiet space (I guess that's normal) I'm one that's normally very connected to what or how I'm feeling and this morning I just kinda feel blank please keep me lifted in [emoji1431] thanks so much

Well to be honest every emotion possible has come over me from death to blood clots- I truly think it's normal the meditation sounds good- for me I been praying and finding my comfort in God but whatever works give it a try my surgery is Monday as well so I thank everyone for sharing their feelings as well looks like I'm not crazy after all

Hello I'm a revision from band to sleeve- had band place 2008 lost 100 pounds[emoji16] experienced esophageal dilation had to have fluid taking out gained allll 100 back getting sleeved on Monday sept 25 had my last preop class today I'm feeling a lot of feelings mostly wanting to get on the other side to healing[emoji1431]

I am scheduled for Monday as well prayers and blessing to you all- praying 2 weeks off only however my sister went back the following weeks and she is doing great
