  2. I couldn’t ask for much better. Started at 331. 311 at surgery on 9/20. Today I am 251!! Enjoyed thanksgiving with a couple bites of pumpkin pie!
  3. My stage 2 plan includes canned meats such as tuna, chicken or ham. Can mix with a small amount of low fat mayo.
  4. I put 2 tablespoons of the PB2 in a vanilla shake and I did not like it. It was a texture thing for me.
  5. I'm looking forward to my Day 8. My plan counts day 1 as day after surgery. I can add eggs and cottage cheese and canned meat with light mayo. Albeit 2 tablespoons at a time. But I'm looking forward to it. I have enjoyed the premier shakes. Used through my entire pre op diet. I have been recommended to try a premier vanilla or chocolate shake with the PB2 powder. I may be doing that soon.
  6. I believe chewing gum is now a no-no. You swallow in air when you chew gum and it could lead to more gas and gas pains.

  10. Hi all. I am a Dr Gibbs patient. My sleeve was 9/20. How's everyone doing?
  11. My "diet book" from my nutrition class said day 3. Discharge info from hospital said day 14.
  12. I got my sleeve 9/20. I have bought some of the chewable vitamins that have everything we need. But I have conflicting materials as to when to start taking them. I'm curious as to others instructions on starting them.
  13. Came home from the hospital yesterday. Last night I dreamed I ate an entire taco and woke up in a panic. Yikes!

  18. I do experience hunger. But some liquids seem to quench it now. Most of all, many of my cravings have calmed down. My biggest challenge will be this weekend. High school football Friday. Then Saturday going to watch my daughter March in her college marching band. I will be wanting some nachos so bad!

  23. New to the group here. I'm so appreciative of everyone's encouragement. I'm scheduled for sleeve on 9/20. Almost half way through this liquid diet and ready to get this show on the road!
