Starting Vitamins

I got my sleeve 9/20. I have bought some of the chewable vitamins that have everything we need. But I have conflicting materials as to when to start taking them. I'm curious as to others instructions on starting them.

    I thot we were to start after a week or two out. I see surgeon 8 days out on Sept 26 & find out then. Also see nutritionist & nurse.

    My "diet book" from my nutrition class said day 3. Discharge info from hospital said day 14.
