Two months since my op (October 11) and I've lost 68lbs! I'm really pleased. Was in a LOT of pain after surgery and couldn't keep anything down for about 6 weeks but I feel great now and I am Starting to fully work out from next week!! It's been a journey and a half but I'm really excited to see what happens next and finally get the healthy toned body and lifestyle I want!!

Good luck everyone with upcoming surgeries!!! Remember to expect pain and bad gas but it will pass shortly. The pain is temporary but the weight loss and great feeling is permanent

I had my surgery on 11th October. I was in hospital for three days and thy sent me home last night around 8/9. The pain I got when I was in the hospital wasn't too bad at all and the surgeons said it was a textbook operation but coming home was awful. The pain the gas, lack of sleep was terrible. I'm walking more and I'm going to try a protein shake as I've just had lots of ice chips and water!!! I believe it's going to be worth it but the pain recently is intense!!!

I'm going in tomorrow!!! So nervous!! But so so excited

My date has moved from the 9th to 11tj because of a priority patient but I don't mind!! It's two extra days to get even more prepared!! I'm really excited. Have done the liver shrinkage diet for a week and have lost 8lbs! I was told I have to lose 10lb so I've got 9 days left to do that!!!

16 days left!! Starting my liver shrinkage diet on Monday!! Meeting my surgeon for the second time on Tuesday!! Ahhhhh

Hey!! I am in London, UK! My date is booked for October 2017 and I'm so so excited!! But I'd really like some buddies or friends along as this journey as I've only told two people I'm getting it done!! My mum is so so supportive and is getting surgery soon too but it would be great to have someone in my age group or someone who is getting there's done soon too!! Hey Angie!! Definitely nervous but I keep thinking how incredible and life changing it is! Yes I'll be in pain, and will most probably have loose skin and smaller portions for life BUT I won't have any health issues, I'll b able to fit comfortably in an airplane seat, and I'll be able to walk longer periods of time without being the fat friend that gets left behind. There are a lot of cons but the pros outweigh by far xxx

I've got 36 days left!!! Starting on Monday I'm going carb free for two weeks to clear out my system and plenty of water and then depending on what my surgeon says, may do the liver shrinkage diet x

Of course would be great to connect!! My surgeon and dietian is very keen on diet plans!!

I'm looking at packing my bag already lol I'm so excited and can't wait for it to happen!!! I need to keep doing my golden rules so I don't slip back into my "fat habits"
