  1. I have been concerned about this as well. I am 5 weeks out and I have lost 27.6 lbs, but for the last week I have not seen much change. I try to remind myself that I'm doing fine, especially considering my doctor said that my goal for 4 weeks out is 27 lbs. so I'm right where I am supposed to be, even though it may not feel like it. I also had the lose several lbs./gain a few lbs. issue around 2 weeks post-op, so I definitely understand being worried about this. But as long as you are getting in the nutrition and protein you need, try not to be too hard on yourself about gaining a few lbs back. You're doing great. And if it continues to be a concern, talk to your doctor and your nutritionist about your progress.
