Hey all just wanted to update you on what’s going on lately. I reached my first goal of 175. I struggled with a loooooonnnnnngggggg stall. So I went back to the basics. Protein shakes, yogurt, water. Now I’ve crushed my first goal and on to the final. 150! I am at 164 and so happy. Thanks for reading.

Amazing! Looks like Older vs younger brothers

It all depends on your BC/BS. I have Anthem BC/BS HMO - I had to jump through the standard hoops, but was approved within 24 hours of submitting insurance. Took me 3 months from my first seminar to approval... surgery in less than 6 weeks now!

We broke up, but I have no other “before” pictures so I always use that one ?

Went to ren faire this weekend....and my garb was TOO BIG. I put it on, had to take it off and lace everything up completely, as tight as it could go. Still too big. Could put my entire hand in there. Oh well.

Left is around 194. Right is around 300.

I'm about 5 months post op.. surgery was 3/16/17..

10 months out. About 120 lbs down

Whew it's been a hot minute since I've been on this site. I'm 1 year and 7 months post op of gastric sleeve, 177lbs down. Starting weight was 470lbs so I still have a little ways to go but MAN I feel damn good. Lost a lot of weight, a lot of hair and gained a lot of happiness. Also some weirdness but whatever. Anyways, on to what everyone wants to see, some before and afters! (FYI - I'm 5'10" if that helps put things in perspective)
