    Hi I am from Australia, I am booked in for Oct 19th in Sydney. I started Optifasting last Thursday....broke it a bit yesterday but am back on track today.  Yep I am so feeling hangry too ☺

      It is ok. Make sure get some exercise in before the surgery. You need all the strength to recover. You will be scared, but remember you will love it at the end.
