It's counter-intuitive but I figured it out. The goal weight you have to make on about the last time you were at that weight. I estimated that I was at that weight in about 1992 so I just set it for March 1, 1992. Now, everything shows up correctly. Somethings with B.P. are a little messed up.

I really didn't think that I would be - and its not been as easy - hit some miserable plateaus. Became a bit of gym junky - Started walking post surgery - built that up to 4 miles 5 times per week - then moved on to yoga 3 - 4 times per week and weights - unfortunately - too much skin and want it gone - think I will feel much better about myself when that is done.

Ok, spill it! I've got a dehydrator! How do you do either/both???? Please pretty please!!!
I found my dehydrator at Salvation Army Thrift Store for $5. I'm a tightwad and find a lot of small appliances there!

I slice my apples up with a crank slicer, dip them in lemon so they don't brown...spray the racks with cooking spray so they'll pop off...and essentially just let the thing run until they're crunchy. Takes hours and time depends on humidity.
For cherries, I like to slice them in half, remove the pit and get them drying. They're a juicy mess...but there is nothing better. There are tons of tutorials online for different kinds of dehydrators.

Watch out for the dried berries, the dark choco chips and nuts prolly won't hurt you, but the damned dried fruit is packed with unnecessary sugars. I just don't get why they take something lush and healthy and fork it so badly.
I love Lily's SF Dark Choco Chips and almonds and frozen blueberries or frozen blackberries! YUM!

Mmmmm... those sound so good!! My treat food is some dark chocolate chips. Sometimes I mix them with walnuts and dried berries. Gotta make sure it's all measured out because that can be a dangerously delicious combo!!

My huge danger food... Frozen yogurt fudge pops. I like them entirely too much, and it's way too easy to say...but they're only 80 calories and you get 6 grams of protein! Very easy to be naughty with them. Cause in truth....one is probably not gonna hurt me. But two is trouble... and sometimes they sing to me a little. Hush!

Thanks! I seem to have hit the dreaded week three stall now, but I'm hoping it's short-lived.
Hehe, it's a series of typos that occurred in a group chat in college, and my best friend strung them together into a nickname (Isty = Misty, Teh = The, and Crawk = Crawl). It's stuck for...going on 14 years now.
Gum is my favorite thing, so it makes me sad that it makes my stomach feel all weird and bubbly now.

@nursejackie, I know about the night eating...it's a habit I have too (I still struggle with wanting to eat right before bed). With the IF, I fast from 7pm to11am. Lots of water gets me through during the hours I'm awake during the fast, but, as time goes on, it gets easier to do and I meet my water goal. The first three days are hardest, at least for me. Since I wake up most mornings at 6am...I tie my fast over with a cup of coffee and about 35 calories of creamer in it which isn't enough to actually break my fast. Currently, I'm doing a moderate workout (bike, elliptical) for about 45 mins in the mornings before I break the fast. (I brought a banana with me the first few days, just in case my body couldn't handle it, but I was fine without it). The hardest part is trying to eat all my food in the 8 hour window. I felt too full the first day. Scaled back on some and felt better the next. Then I decided I'm not going to worry about it and just make sure I eat when I'm hungry. I do always try to eat something right before I start the fast again though. So far, it's been going well.
I'll try my best to update every so often.

Most people have the general idea to not invite someone who is obese and out of shape to do those kinds of activities. IMO, if they do, they’re not thinking of the risk factors for an obese person; therefore not having the best interest in mind for him/her. But since you’ve lost so much and have gotten stronger, it is very nice of them to include you in!!! And the best part...you CAN do them with minimal to no risk now. How awesome is that!!?

I want to add, that the 2 months will fly by. It's so weird. Like Christmas: when we were kids it took FOREVS to come around, and now I'm like, "FUUUUUUUUUUCCCCC*, It's already mid-February. Only 10more months to Christmas." Seriously, where did the last 6 weeks go while I was busy fartin' around?
