I have decided not to go through with the surgery. If they can fix the pain I have in my head then I believe I can do this.

I completely understand that. I definitely want to learn the nutrition side of things. I wasn't able to make the first nutrition appointment this past Monday because of work. I hope I can continue to go and learn and develop a sense a good eating habits. My biggest down fall is the support that I have at home. My partner eats whatever whenever and that doesn't seem to help me at all. So getting him on board with eating with me and eating what I eat will help me succeed the most.

And that's the person you think would be supportive of anything you do. hopefully she will come around when she sees you happy and loving life. She will realize that negativity gets you nowhere. Thanks lady. I am feeling pretty good. I know gotta feel good sometimes. I want to go to the nail salon sometime. I wish you were near we could go together.

Hey Good Morning, I have been in deep thought over the past week. The medicine I have been taking is finally kicking a little and I am starting to feel kinda normal. I believe I can do this and I have before. After meeting with the doctor last week I was really scared about everything. I don't know. I just need to get back on track and be happy about myself and everything. I have been so down but I will get back up!!!!

Well that's not too bad hopefully you want feel it too much longer.
I haven't had surgery yet. I might have to have brain surgery first. I was diagnosed with Idiopathic Intracranial Hypertension. Just depends on what steps the doctor thinks is right at this point but my weight is causing that so might do the WLS first or the other.

I had my first post op appointment on 07-31. I lost 26 pounds in 12 days. That was hard to believe! So far, I am feeling well. I am off my cholesterol and diabetes medication since the morning of Surgery. I'm still on the liquid diet for a couple more days. Can't wait to switch things up a bit. I'm a little tired of all the shakes. lol

Still waiting on my neurologist to contact my insurance company so they can get the approval process going and the 6 month diet plan waived. My eye sight is getting worse as the days pass.
