I found out starting my day off with a warm liquid made a world of difference for the day. If I did cold 1st thing in the am I would get painful gas pressure.

I am 2 months out and been using a straw since week two. It was the only way I could get my liquids in.

Yes, I went thru this as well and mine lasted a full month. My nut said it was very normal and as long as I did not gain all was well. She said you won't be loosing weight but you will be loosing inches during the stall.
