i would say youll be fine-my coworker didnt even have a pre op diet to follow. im sure they told her the best things to eat and not to go crazy but she had no liquids or anything. My doctor has me on full liquids for two weeks. Surgery is monday havent cheated but so so tempting really but i want to change my life way more. Finally got my approval from Aetna and I am scheduled for 8/21/17 to be sleeve. So happy

I was approved through insurance already-they send your starting and current weight. Check with your insurance. I just didnt lose much on purpose but now that its approved and I will be on a two week liquid diet i can and will lose weight before the surgery.

My surgery date will be Aug 21st. I am nervous, excited, and a little scared. I am looking forward to cleaning out my closet!
