I just had mine done on the 22nd. I wish my experience was like some of yours. The surgery went well, and I was pretty much out of it the first night, but I was able to get up and walk around once. I have had problems with gas, but that is getting better. Stitches don't hurt that much but the muscles around the stitches hurt whenever I moved. That is getting better too, but still feel like I'm ripping something when I sneeze or cough. Worst part is when I try to drink. It feels like there is a lot of inflammation at the top of my ribs, in the center. Sometimes it feels like really bad indigestion when I try to drink something, even when I do it slowly. Now I did have trouble with reflux before, so that could be it. It's been hard to get down as much as they want you to, but I started the Protein Shakes today and it's been easier to keep down.
Although I haven't been hungry, it has not affected my love of food so I still see commercials and almost salivate over them. I'll be glad when I get to the mashed foods.

As have I. So far, I've lost roughly 10 kg, which is 1/8th of my excess weight. I had two big stalls and I just got over my last big stall a few days ago. In fact, I'm just 0,1 kg away from where I was before my last gain/stall/lose cycle. It feels like the hokey pokey. I put some kg off, I put some kg on, I put some kg off and I try to shake it off. I do the hokey pokey and I turn myself about... that's what I'm upset about!

Same here. I have a scale but don't want to get too obsessive. Once I get to my goal weight, I want to weigh myself weekly so that I can adjust my food intake if I've gained a couple of pounds. In the meantime, I just wait until doctor appointments. The last one was about a month out, but at my regular doctor's office so not sure if the scales read the same. I had only lost about 15 pounds in a month, but I can tell a difference in my clothes. And when I shower, I can feel there isn't as much fat as before in certain places.
I also notice there is not as much pain on my hips and knees as before the surgery. I also remind myself that I'm older so it will take a little longer, and I shouldn't be losing the weight too fast so there isn't too much hanging skin.

As hard as it had been to do this, I have not purchased a scale. I weigh in every few weeks at different doctor's appointments. It's kept me from getting obsessive, which I have done on the past. Sodium and PMS or even not enough Protein or Water can make such a difference with our weight. I'm trying not go get discouraged bc I'm almost 8 weeks out, down about 34 lbs (including liquid pre op), but my wedding ring is still tight?! Wtf?!!! I'm thinking I really need to up the water and dial down the sodium.

I don't really have much saggy skin. Then again, I was 34 years old when I was sleeved.
The older you are when you undergo surgery, the less elasticity your skin has. Also, the bigger you were on surgery day, the more likely your skin will sag after a massive weight loss. I suspect I'd be covered in loose skin if I weighed 300+ pounds at the time I was sleeved.
Loose skin was the least of my worries. I see it as a badge of honor. Remaining obese is far worse than sagging skin, at least to me.

    Months 1 through 3 = about 800 kcals/day
    Months 4 through 6 = about 1000 to 1200 kcals/day
    Months 7 through 9 = about 1200 to 1500 kcals/day
    By 12 months out = about 1700 kcals/day
    By 18 months out = 1800 to 2200 kcals/day
I purposely increased my caloric intake in a stepwise pattern per the suggestion of a veteran who once posted on this site frequently. While this tactic may have led to slower weight loss, I am thrilled about being able to maintain a body weight of 118 to 120 pounds on 2000+ calories daily.
I suspect the incremental increases in my caloric intake helped preserve my metabolism.

Yes I am worried as well. Not sure when mine will be but think it will be ether augers or September I'll get my date next time I go. I'm not so much worried about the surgery if self it's the after I worry about. Will something go wrong can I Eat the way they want me to will I ever enjoy food or a snack again. Don't care to over eat just be able to enjoy food when I can eat and feel satisfied. I also no I will have to really push myself to exercise the way they want me to and I think I can do that. I know I will have to change my way of life and the way I think about things. I also worry about after losing the weight will I need skin surgery? I know ins covers the one for your belly but what about between your legs ?? Hummm
