      Take some slippers that have grippers on them. Those hospital floors are so slippery!! Walk and wal some more get that gas a movin!! Good Luck Keep us all posted on your success!!

    Can you blend the ready to drink protein shakes with ice to make like a smoothie think it would water it down a bit and be more tolerable, they are just so thick and sweet.
