It seemed SOOOO impossible when I first heard about it (She looks awesome!), but now after doing the phases (even though I am just on 2)...I can see it working!

Ugh, hope this phase passes quickly!!! ((hugs)) Get well soon!!! (And maybe adding a B-vitamin for a short time will help? The B-complex 50 or 100.)
Hang in there girlie, you're doing so well!! Eat some chicken liver pate!!! As soon as you are on purees or mushies! Make it homemade so easy!

Yogurt. Matcha yogurt. LOL. I could have thinned down yogurt and kefir on my full liquids phase. Maybe email your RD and ask if that's also on your full liquids. I use Peach and Cream, and Bananas and Cream in my yogurt to thin it into a soup right now.

That's wonderful! I have trouble sitting still in the movies now. (I even fidgeted through the last John Wick, and it was awesome) I can't imagine sitting still this soon after surgery. More power to ya! Have fun!
