Just made my own cauliflower soup!! it might be a little high in salt and little too much fat (only like a 1/2T of butter) but OMG i finally like something i tried to make for this diet.

Yesterday my doctor scale read lower than my home scale and I was fully clothed. Usually my home scale is lower. I stepped in both within minutes of each other to try to tell if I could trust my home scale. Nope.

I've got the flu and in another stall. Why are these stalls so infuriating? One week now 221. UGH.  Already been there, done that but still frustrated. Hoping everyone is staying healthy and happy! XO! 

4 Days post-op, Finally home. I miss Tijuana and all the wonderful people, I cried buckets last night cause it felt like my whole happiness dream bubble got deflated. Incisions are looking great staying hydrated. Going to attempt to make homemade shellfish stock today for sipping  (I cannot stand chicken and beef broth) Husband is trying to be supportive but tends to help in the wrong ways. Im hoping for a more positive attitude soon enough.

Officially one week post-op! Kind of grumpy today because I want to do all the things and can't - too tired.

Just weighed in at 274.5 on my home scale. Yesterday, fully dressed at surgeon's, was 277 and some change. I'll just go with my home scale. Today I start on a calorie restricted diet from now until surgery to shrink the liver. They sent me home with a bunch of protein shake samples to use. My upper GI endoscopy is today, at 1:30, so I'm not actually going to be able to even have a shake or drop of water until after then. Sleep study is tonight. That's a long story! I'm just glad I got it scheduled, or my surgery would have had to be postponed. Surgery scheduled for Dec. 26th. 

Got my insurance approval today. Scheduled to have sleeve surgery in a couple weeks. I am nervous scared and excited too.

Made it all the way to week 13 without a stall...... and man does it ever mess with your head! I am trying to keep myself motivated and on other things but this sucks!!!!!!
