1. If I plan poorly and have to buy something on the fly, and it's family sized (isn't it always) I have to dump it out without discretion and eat what's left ... womp womp, should have prepped 2. Ever so gently peer pressure other people into making better choices 😂 3. At least thinking about hardcore exercise, even when I can't or don't want to. 4. Walking as exercise no matter what.

Back to 155, y'all but it is hell week (funny I'm not ravenous like usual) but I noticed I'm sooooo lazy when it comes to food. I need to get it together. My devolving faux sushi should have been a sign. But no. If it's not easy like salad or yogurt, I don't want it. That pizza was the best im gonna do for the week. 😂. No I'll get it together, maybe some beans (out the can over a campfire) How is everyone else doing? -

Sigh. I forgot all the times I tiredly chosen to stand because the chairs were sketchy. I've had chairs collapse and legs snap off while I was in them , at events. But This girl did yoga so I was able to sustain chair pose long after the chair. never again. I hope nothing but the best for y'all!!! Safe Journey 🎈 -
