So far calories and such look ok but its hard be sure its not food related unless you post examples (not all calories are create equal)How are you doing on Vitamins? TMI ALERT How are your bowel movements? Are they super regular? If not this can slow down weight loss , which is why your team may add Fiber supplements and laxatives... I do not have knowledge of the plastics portion of your questions (I have years to go) but tramadol works well for pain management (subjective of course) and I believe its probably being used to not portray or proliferat stronger opioid abuse. When you consult with a group ask these questions or get the pain management plan in writing.

Track with it but don't try to post or submit daily logs and you'll be fine. I still think it's the easiest, I use it everyday and never submit, everything is still saved. I also have baritastic, but they want you to do too much, some days I don't have the energy for it.

This is tricky , you have to usually wait until you get to your low, it appears, then there is automatic regain of a few pounds (idk why) ,then a few years later more regain of a few pounds (still no clue why) I worry because I want my skin to stay intact. I'm starting to see some loose skin and I'm not a fan

Did you stop using keranique at any point? The main ingredient is minoxidil, which if you stop, you lose the regrowth associated with it. If so, visit a dermatologist, and buy less expensive yet same quality generic minoxidil (pharmacy brand)VSG2017 HW 249 SW 238 CW 167
