    Bad habit of swallowing gum!

*Maybe* give up gum for a bit... You just had surgery less than 2 weeks ago. Ask your team for sure. πŸ’œ Congratulations πŸ’œ But...Why is coffee with cream a (parenthetical) treat ? Oh well
  5. Both. Whenever someone gets sick from foods early on, my Team's plan is a full stop for a day back to then stage that gave you no problems at all (likely all. very soft foods) then slowly reintroduce foods one at a time to check which ones are giving you a problem. Also maybe dont mix any raw foods with cooked (so you can differentiate) and chew very very well. Good luck and Let us know what your team thinks πŸ’œ
  6. All labs done for my surgeon are 12hr fasting labs for accuracy. Maybe ask for a retest to be certain before going back on meds you may not need πŸ’œ You did great congratulations πŸ’œ

    I lied

I feel torn on the just tell the truth debate. Most people would generally agree that you *shouldn't* ask certain questions or at least know your audience. Some people disregard this in favor of shock value to disorient the person into giving a knee jerk honest answer... Interrogation. Unless someone is suspected of wrongdoings why use this method? I have noticed that people who truly care or are inquisitive for positive/personal reasons tend to take more subtle or careful approach. Maybe empathy is partially in play instead of the Sherlock complex. This is how I have decided who i tell when asked. I've lied to close associates and told the complete truth to strangers. Zero Fs given.

    Traveling abroad and diet

In my experience if you haunt the markets you can find staples just like we have domestically. Eggs, meat, veg, fruit, milk, yogurt, cheese, ...etc. You will be able to control your diet environment a little better that way. While dining out, take away will be your friend. But question preparation methods to avoid excess unnecessary cals or possible no go foods like high sugar content sauces. England should not be terribly challenging. Drink tons of water, take tons of pics... Enjoy vacay❀
