I'm in the same boat as you! I'm a week out, and I'm SO hungry. I'm following the dietician + surgeons instructions, but the amount of food I'm eating is so little given the fact that I don't have a fill yet. It's so frustrating!

I have my surgery in four days, and I'm just as nervous as you are. I've never had any major surgery before. The closest has been getting my wisdom teeth pulled out! Hope everything goes well! I'd love to hear from you after and see how it went.
