Sooooo hungry feeling down birthday tomorrow can't do anything my whole life has been food food food when can I eat!!!

    Follow your surgeons plan. When and what does it say you can eat? My plan only allowed water and protien shakes for the first 7 days.

    I'm in the same boat as you! I'm a week out, and I'm SO hungry. I'm following the dietician + surgeons instructions, but the amount of food I'm eating is so little given the fact that I don't have a fill yet. It's so frustrating!
