Hello everyone! Hows everyone doing?! I was 14 weeks post op yesterday ... hard to believe it's that long ... I sometimes can't believe I went through with it! Currently at a stall hoping to get past it soon! Driving me nuts :-) Here is my progress so far ... January vs Last week!

Still hanging at 218...need to break thru this!

Stay hangin at 219...good times are coming, I just know it!!!

scale is finally moving again after surgery...219 today

Getting stronger everyday.
Back to work (and normal routine) tomorrow...feels like uphill all the way but pushing thru it Thanks.

Hello! I was sleeved June 1, 2017 & I feel and look great my only regret is I should've done it sooner. My surgery was easy only pain was the gas monster🙄 & my hair started shedding @ month 2, but I've been able to treat it so it's getting better. Congrats to all the June VSG friends

Completely normal ... I had previously lost 100lbs on Weight Watchers and needed my gallbladder out ... when you lose a significant amount of weight in a short time it screws up the GB ... good lucky with surgery!

Hi there, fellow June sleevers! Glad to see everyone kicking butt! I'm in a bit of a stall right now, but overall things have been going well. I went on vacation for a few weeks at the end of July and probably snuck in some carbs that I should not be eating right now (or ever), and am trying to stay on track with Protein, Water and logging my food. Fortunately, I was able to be very active on vacation and do many things I would not have been able to just a few months ago. Need to gather up some "good" before pictures now that I have plenty of after/during pics.
