  1. I'm abit confused. You actually weighed the breast out. And surely that would have given you time to think maybe it's a bad idea ? Anyway. Stay on track remind your self that you don't want to sabotage yourself after everything you been through to get here. I THINK you will be fine. But don't do it again. I know people to be opened up and liver to big so closed them back up ( it's laproscopic so I mean started the process etc etc. Goodluck Sent from my Vivo 5R using BariatricPal mobile app
  2. What should you do ? No one can tell you that. But I wanted to say I'm so sorry for what your dealing with. Emotional abuse can happen to men as well as women so I want you to know this is serious and unacceptable. And I'm not sure why she's treating you this way only she knows. And I also don't want to guess or find reasons to excuse her behaviour. Does she know the impact of her behaviour has on you ? Being so soon post op it is an emotional rollercoaster without the added insults from someone it's terrible. Your not alone here we are all hear to listen. 4. No point encouraging someone who is happy as they are. What if they don't want your encouragement.. then what ? Your already hoping they would change right from the start ... Sent from my Vivo 5R using BariatricPal mobile app
  5. I would never have dated a 300lb person when I was at my biggest or not. Nothing to do with not having compassion or respect. It's just not what I'm attracted to and never have been. Like people might not be attracted to me. But generally now I'm smaller I feel exactly the same I care about people for who they are not their size. Sent from my Vivo 5R using BariatricPal mobile app
  6. No need to be dramatic. Sent from my Vivo 5R using BariatricPal mobile app

  8. What's the actual point ? Takes a few mins to blend tuna salad chicken salad egg salad. And so on.... I'm just trying to figure out why baby food ? I bought it too but I don't know why I did. But it was a waste of my time lol. On the go I put them in little containers. But let's be honest. On the go your not going to sit there in front of people eating baby food out of a jar are you lol ? 10. You say you have no restrictions ? 4 ounce of dense protein like steak give you no restriction... Or do you mean food that isn't meant for your sleeve know as sliders and Carby food? Sent from my Vivo 5R using BariatricPal mobile app
  11. I don't eat breakfast. My sleeve doesn't like it. It makes my tummy hurt. I have a protein shake for breakfast. Or a drink. And then start my solid food from lunch time. I know many who do this. It has not hindered my weightloss. I was at 60lbs at 4months. Just hit 5th month we will see what happens. Sent from my Vivo 5R using BariatricPal mobile app
  12. They are just options you don't have to eat everything like im allowed bread I just don't eat it as it takes to much room and doesn't make me feel good Sent from my Vivo 5R using BariatricPal mobile app
  13. Follow the plan your team gives you .. so many variables. Mine was similar. 60lbs down in not that long. I just eat.. I track some days at home to double check I'm on track. Sent from my Vivo 5R using BariatricPal mobile app

  16. 13lbs though? I'd feel horrendous. I understand a couple here or there. You can eat everything you want when your on normal food . I'm 4 months post went out for a chinese yesterday. I'm allowed everything but didn't want to waste room on the noodles and rice so had some squid and prawns was amazing. You need to remember why your doing this.. what is the reason you want to change your life? Don't sabotage yourself and end up losing this amazing opportunity as it's really life changing. You can get back on track. But no more food funerals. I am having the time of my life shrinking for nothing it's effortless right now. Sent from my Vivo 5R using BariatricPal mobile app
  17. Thank you this will help me stay in check over Christmas. I did so well on the last challenge. I lost 20lbs. But I had to reduce my goal as I'm told it gets abit slower as time goes on. So we will see if I can do this 191 to 180 I don't even know how many lbs that is lol 11 maybe. Sent from my Vivo 5R using BariatricPal mobile app
  18. Thanks for answering. They for sure are more visible. I wish there was something I can do to get rid of them. I'm worried about one dot of stretch marks that really itches it's strange Sent from my Vivo 5R using BariatricPal mobile app

  21. I don't have a chip on my shoulder at all but others see these posts asking if losing a substantial amount is not enough and they start to worry and thinking there lower loss is in adiquate. It's true that if your thinking you should have lost more then your expectations are to high you will see as you go further. I won't respond on your post. At least I responded and didn't just roll my eyes like most people who see these posts. Sent from my Vivo 5R using BariatricPal mobile app
  22. I'm not a vet. My plan isn't Low carb but don't seem to crave fruit. I'm allowed it though. Sent from my Vivo 5R using BariatricPal mobile app
