I see a lot of you have Protein goal and all i have is to do 25% protein 50 % vegetable 25% grains...
They are mostly saying just do the Canadian eating guide....
From what I noticed a lot of post-op do keto or count calories, the guide I have from my surgeon is well... pretty bad
Here are all my guidelines

day 1 to 4:
water, clear broth, fruit juice (unsweetned and with water added), Jello (no precision if sweet or no sugar)
day 5 to 8:
cereals with milk (1 or 2%), fruit (mashed)
day 9 to 15:
cereals, white toast without crust, egg, chicken, fish with a light sauce (bechamel, tomato) veggies (all mashed of course)
day 16 to 30:
egg, cheese less than 20% fat, lentils, soft fruit, fish, chicken, ground meat
31 +
regular / tender food.
ground rule is:
3-4 part of milk and substitute
1 fruit portion, 2-3 vegetable portion
3 portion of bread/grain etc
2-3 portion of meat and substitute
until i get to the numbers for the canadian eating guide .....
So do you guys think I should follow this guide or try to hit some macros?
