Welcome ! I took my time most days i didn't get all my fluids and Protein in until i was feeling better . I just tried my best . Im two months out and its way better now.

Working hard daily. Officially 90 lbs from May 24 th to August 21. I think I lost an eclipse lol

Remember that while the scale might not be moving you are more than likely loosing inches, i had surgery june 27 th and my scale didnt move for three weeks but the inches where melting off

Thanks alot ! It goes to show that if the scale doesn't move then the inches are probably melting off . Im feeling so much better !

Well im just finishing up my third week! Ill. E on soft / normal food next tuesday and i cant wait . Things ha e been way better than the first two weeks. All my pain is mostly gone, im walking more and im sleeping a lot better too.im down 45 lb since my pre- op diet and loosing inches everyday.i couldn't be any happier with my progress!!

Well im just finishing up my third week! Ill. E on soft / normal food next tuesday and i cant wait . Things ha e been way better than the first two weeks. All my pain is mostly gone, im walking more and im sleeping a lot better too.im down 45 lb since my pre- op diet and loosing inches everyday.i couldn't be any happier with my progress!!

So it finally happened ! After 1 year of appts 3 weeks of Optifast and 23 lb i had surgery last Tuesday! I had to spend an extra night in hospital due to high heart rate and extreme nausea was finally released and im feeling much better . Im still sore and concentrating on getting my fluids in and my Protein . Had my first bowl movement today too!(sorry tmi) it really helped with the bloating ! Im down an extra 7 lb since surgery which is fantastic!
All get better keep it up everyone!!
