I am officially 2months post op with a total loss of 36 pounds. I am starting to feel discouraged and feel like this is all i am going to lose. Can anyone offer some insight? I really want to increase my activity level even more starting next week. (workout outdoors and the heat has been crazy) I follow a lot of lovely ladies on Instagram that really motivate and inspire me to stay positive. I guess since i want to be successful so bad i start to let my mind mess with me. Did anyone else have times where they felt this way?

i want to fall in love with my body but the more i stand in front of the mirror i notice things i'm not starting to like. I'm only 24 and my breasts are starting to sag and it's turning into an insecurity. I totally forgot about those arm shapers so i'm definetly going to look into those. I've tried the chewable Multivitamin and it made me vomit, i switched over to capsules and that too made me sick. HELP! any recommendations? can i try the gummies?

i also struggled with a strained stomach. one incision specifically really bothered me and still does but it's getting better. i'm almost a month out and just now starting to feel normal again. be patient it'll get better i know it's frustrating

Does anyone else have issues with pain with certain incisions? I was sleeved May 18th and the one incision where they pulled my stomach out of still hurts. it's an internal pain and it's almost like an intense cramp.
