    Fruit

I can eat watermelon strawberries and sugar free peaches and mixed fruit cups. I also used miralax because I was constipated and I’ve been pretty regular since.
  3. Hello Sleevers! I just wanted to say hello and check in I haven’t posted since I was sleeved on 10/10. My highest weight was 272, My day of surgery weight was 248 and my current weight is 221. [emoji4] it has been very hard for me to tolerate protien drinks but I do well with drinking water and eating certain foods. I’m currently in stage 4 and will enter stage 5 on 12/10. I feel great, some days I feel like I look the same but we all have those moments when we are hard on ourselves. If you have any recommendations for flavorless protien please let me know currently my sleeve loves, flat out flat bread, sugar free peaches , watermelon, deli meat, fish and chicken. My sleeve does not like eggs [emoji25], milk, artificial sweeteners, yogurt. Peace, love, blessings!

    Creamed Spinach

Thank you!! And I was sleeved on 10/10 Starting weight 272 Surgery Weight 248 Current Wright 235 I wish you all the best on your journey!
  5. Do you think it’s okay if I have creamed spinach while on my purée phase ?
  6. I was also sleeved on 10/10 HW 272 CW 248 GW ?? I would have to say the gas pain is the worst, walking and moving around has helped. My stomach feels so heavy if that makes any sense. I stayed I. The hospital for 2 days but I feel like they were rushing me out. It was very hard for me to consume liquids and it still is. I’m baffled on how my nutritionists wants me to get almost 99-108 grams of protien in a day ... it feels impossible. Stay strong I hope you feel better.
  7. Thank you and Remain strong. I was discharged on today and I feel a lot better than I did yesterday. I’m rooting for you! I would love to keep in touch
  8. Everything went well just having a lot of nausea I should be going home tomorrow [emoji4]
  9. Thank you everyone for your well wishes![emoji173]️[emoji173]️[emoji173]️

  11. I’m soooo excited! Tomorrow is the big day. I believe the pre op diet was the hardest part so far. For the individuals who are currently in the pre op diet phase stay focused!! I lost about 15 lbs since starting the pre op diet. I feel light and great. Another word of advice I can give is RELAX AND REST. [emoji173]️

    Pre-op diet and menstrual cycle

I believe you may be able to take Tylenol

    Tylenol surgery scheduled 10/10

Thank you everyone I did take a Tylenol I feel better and I purchased sugar free throat drops.
  14. I have a headache today and I’m unsure if I should take Tylenol? Also not sure if I can have sugar free mints. Any recommendations?
  15. I ordered my shakes from Walmart for my liquid diet that starts on Monday! My shake choice was Glucerna not only because I’m diabetic but because they are very good! I spent about $130.00 for about 80 shakes. I have to drink 5 day and I can have a 1 serving of a fruit, vegetable and starch from a very TINY list my surgeon has given me. I’m definitely embracing the process and EXCITED for the changes that are about to come and the progress I’ve made so far. Thank you everyone for motivating me!!! Happy Sleeving!!
