October 2017 Sleever Update [emoji4]

Hello Sleevers!

I just wanted to say hello and check in I haven’t posted since I was sleeved on 10/10. My highest weight was 272, My day of surgery weight was 248 and my current weight is 221. [emoji4] it has been very hard for me to tolerate protien drinks but I do well with drinking water and eating certain foods. I’m currently in stage 4 and will enter stage 5 on 12/10. I feel great, some days I feel like I look the same but we all have those moments when we are hard on ourselves. If you have any recommendations for flavorless protien please let me know :) currently my sleeve loves, flat out flat bread, sugar free peaches , watermelon, deli meat, fish and chicken. My sleeve does not like eggs [emoji25], milk, artificial sweeteners, yogurt.

Peace, love, blessings!

  • I cooked all day and ate too much! It was a very interesting day. I had socked away some cheat in my diet but I really didn’t enjoy eating the foods I had looked forward to. And my stomach was sore

Great job!

I was sleeved 10/20 and just starting on soft foods. Thanksgiving was definitely a head challenge. Not as much “fun”to eat. But I did allow myself one bite of my favorites, sweet potatoes and stuffing, after I ate turkey. Oh, and two bites of pumpkin pie, no crust. My willpower is still strong, so that certainty helped.

I cooked all day and ate too much! It was a very interesting day. I had socked away some cheat in my diet but I really didn’t enjoy eating the foods I had looked forward to. And my stomach was sore like it had worked. I guess I’m going to need to watch myself forever, because the obese me still tries to wake up from time to time. I’m ready to get back on a lean plan today! Good Luck Everyone!
