  2. I really haven't had an appetite since my surgery 4/12 so I got a Fitbit 2 and I log my protein intake which is good finally and whatever I can eat. I'm a oddball because I don't do anything dairy so I have a hard time getting food in my body

  6. I'm sorry you're going through that. I really haven't had a appetite since my surgery but I'm finding way to taste food even if I can barely hold anything in. Walking has been my relief and I hate that I paid for those chewable multivitamins YUCK!!! They actually make me nauseous

  14. The only protein I use is Syntrax nectar protein because the isopure I have is unflavored and I can only drink it using orange juice. I have bad taste buds and almond milk etc sickens me
  15. No you're doing way better then me!!! I think it is 68 grams I just had to double dose to finally get in that much and I don't do shakes cause I hate dairy....my drinks are watered down
  16. Yes it's been a challenge often made me question protein
  17. Had surgery on 4/12/17 and I've lost 41 pounds since my only weigh in but today was my first day doing 86 grams of protein.... I had to do 2 scoops of my Syntrax Lemon Tea which is 23 grams a scoop twice. I don't know about y'all but protein has been my worst enemy next to those chewable multivitamins
