    Hello my name is Kim! I am a wife to my wonderful husband and a mother to my amazing kids, 3 & 2 years old, phew! I am starting on my journey to gastric sleeve surgery. My endoscopy is tomorrow so I'm nervous! Im 4'10 and 181 and would love to get down to 105 or 100 since Im so short. Looking forward to having support here!
