You're welcome! I known a few friends who had surgery and some of them gained a percentage of their weight back, I've also have some who have kept the weight off for over 10 years. I just continue to do what I did in losing weight by staying active and my food choices. -

Yes,lol! I'm told at least twice a week that I look like him. -
I endured an 11 month stall. I tried lowering calorie intake, carb intake, increased cardio workouts and nothing seemed to work. I was told about intermittent fasting, I tried it and my stall had finally broken.

Thanks! Just stick with the plan that that was set up for you and if you can, get in the gym at least 3 times a week with cardio. I know at this time, going to the gym is not a option. But still get your cardio in. -
