  3. Hi PJTaylor. Starting weight 302 Goal weight 185 I'm 5'7" and though 185 sounds high, I felt great at that weight before.

  8. In three months post op and have been using straws for the last month or so. I've heard soda is always a bye bye. I was hugely addicted but I am fine now and don't plan to go back. For a treat I have an unsweetened green iced tea from Starbucks or a propel zero.
  9. I agree and I've seen this personally. I eat little to no simple carbs but if I add a bite or two when I'm in a stall it seems to kick me out of the stall and I lose a couple pounds.
  10. Thank you! And yes, all I have worn fir years is grey and black. I bought coral AND cobalt blue and felt such energy from it. It's funny what a change can do for the soul.

  13. Down 55 lbs. I feel amazing. This is the best decision I could have made. 60 lbs to goal weight.

  17. Hi there. I am 51. Four kids the same exact age range as yours [emoji4]. I was sleeved 5/5 and have lost 52 lbs. I feel fantastic. My energy and mood are so improved. I have a brighter outlook. I wish you success
  18. There are consignment shops that can often be affordable. You could take your barely worn larger clothes to make a few bucks too.
  19. It's been 10 weeks and 3 days since my surgery. My life is so much better than it was just 10 weeks ago. Down 52 lbs. still have about 70 more but I'm enjoying the ride. I can move with such ease. Have been attending boot camp classes. Riding my bike! Swimming. This was the best decision I have ever made.
